The gingko has a long life, so it has a meaning of longevity. Also, the leaves of the gingko tree have wonderful meanings, such prosperity, because its leaves are shaped like a Japanese fan which spreads out when you use it, and prosperous business, because of its golden leaves.

The patterns on the outside of the “EDO CHOCO” collection are copied from soba cups made in the Edo period (1603-1868). The pattern on the inside is the same throughout the collection. They can be stacked and are easy to store together.
