Compatible with open flame and microwave. You can cook tasty rice without heat adjustment and boiling over. We use glaze with a high far-infrared effect which allows heat to penetrate to the core of the rice, resulting in plump cooked rice. It also stores heat and transfers it gently, so you can cook rice without adjusting the heat. Its heat retention is excellent as well.
